1. OWNERSHIP. We, along with our travel and leisure service
and information providers ("Providers"),
own and have copyrights on our site and all
of its contents. You will not copy, reproduce,

sell, transfer or modify any of the content,
data, information or materials found on our
site, but you may download, display and print
one (1) copy of the materials presented on
our site on a single computer for your personal,

reservation, any reservation in anticipation
of demand, or for any purpose that is deemed
unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Violators
may be prosecuted to the maximum extent of
the law.
Unless otherwise stated, all of the services
and products offered on the Site are subject
to the following: Offers: (i) are informational
only and may not reflect current availability;
(ii) apply to US point-of-sale and point-of-ticketing
only (void where prohibited by law)/prices
quoted are in US Dollars; (iii) are limited
time offers; and (iv) unless otherwise stated,
are "per adult." All offers, prices,
and conditions of sale may be subject to:
(a) change without notice; (b) advance purchase,
eligibility, seating, or other limitations;
(c) travel days, dates, minimum or maximum
stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates,

timely basis and complying with all rules
and restrictions regarding availability of
fares, paper airline tickets, products, programs
or services, and use of software. Because
you agree to be legally responsible for the
purchase terms related to all of your reservations
and for all charges, fees, penalties, duties,
taxes, and assessments that result from your
use of the Site, we encourage you to take
the time to carefully review the terms of
the offer, including, but not limited to,
any fare or rate rules related to an airfare
purchase. If the fare or rate rules, or any
code-share flight information, is not available
or you don't understand them, please contact
us.
No reservation is complete until confirmed/ticketed.
We are not responsible for any changes in
fare or any other charges. In addition, we
are not responsible for any transaction that
is declined based upon a credit/debit card
that is declined by the issuing institution
or a travel provider or if, for any reason,
the credit card billing address cannot be
verified in a timely manner.
Once your reservation has been confirmed/ticketed,
you are deemed to have agreed to all of the
terms and conditions related to your purchase.
Since you are obligated to comply with all
of the terms and conditions related to your
purchase, it is in your best interests to
review those terms and conditions carefully
at the time they are made available to you.
Unless otherwise specified, once confirmed/ticketed,
most reservations cannot be transferred,
changed, upgraded, or cancelled/refunded;
if a transfer, change, upgrade, or cancellation/refund
is permitted, penalties will apply, including
additional service, processing, and/or cancellation
fees to be assessed by us and/or the travel
provider(s). If you wish to change or cancel
your reservation, contact us immediately.

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. WE MAKE NO, AND OUR PROVIDERS MAKE, NO
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING OUR SITE AND/OR

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON OUR SITE,
ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS

OR ANY OTHER PARTY. This disclaimer of liability
applies to any damages or injury caused by
any failure of performance, error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in
operation or transmission, computer virus,
communication line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorized access to, alteration of,
or use of record, whether for breach of contract,

If, despite the limitation above, we are
or a Provider is found liable for any loss
or damage which arises out of or is in any
way connected with any of the occurrences
described in the limitation above, then our
liability and the Providers’ liability will
in no event exceed, in total, the sum of
US$250.00. Some states do not allow the limitation
of liability, so the limitations above may
not apply to you.
8. INDEMNIFICATION.You will defend and indemnify us and any
Provider and each of our officers, directors,
employees and agents from and against any
claim, cause of action or demand, including
without limitation reasonable legal and accounting
fees, brought by you or on your behalf in
excess of the liability described above or
by third parties as a result of your breach
of these Terms or the documents made part
of these Terms by reference, your violation
of any law or the rights of a third party
or your use of our site.
8. GENERAL.The headings in these Terms are for your
convenience and reference. These headings
do not limit or affect these Terms. Your
acceptance of these Terms and use of our
site do not create a joint venture, partnership,
employment or agency relationship with us.
You may not assign, delegate or transfer

law and the other Terms will remain valid
and enforceable. These Terms, together with
those items made a part of these terms by
reference, make up the entire agreement between

replaces any prior understandings or agreements

use of our site. The laws of the State of
Massachusetts (USA), without regard to its
conflict of laws rules, will govern these
terms and conditions, as well as your and
our observance of them. If you take any legal
action relating to your use of our site or
these Terms, you agree to file such action
only in the state and federal courts located
in Massachusetts. (USA). In any such action
or any action we may initiate, the prevailing
party will be entitled to recover all legal
expenses incurred in connection with the
action, including but not limited to costs,
both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable
attorneys’ fees.
